16 Week training plan: With the insight of a professional coach, have faith and comfort knowing your unique plan is well thought out and takes into consideration of your running/physical history! Ideal for Intermediate/Advanced Runners looking for a plan to follow, but not a coaching arrangement.
- Initial Phone Consult. Complimentary 30 min consult to go over your running history (How many years running, mileage, race goals/PR’s, etc.).
- Goal race pace/nutrition plan: Another Detail we can go over during consult if desired.
- Planning. Once call is complete, we will get to work on a plan specific to you!
- Steady State: We will deliver your training plan to you through email no later than one week after the call.
- Good to go!
